Use official node image (#257)
* Use official node image
Use the official node which relies on a more recent version of alpine, the mhart image uses 3.11 which is end of life as of 7 months ago
* Update Dockerfile
* Update dependencies to run without openssl lgeacy workaround
* Update line endings to fix prettier warnings
